spacious living area comfortable beds prompt staff super clean hotel
The suite included a spacious living area separated from the bedroom by French doors. This offered privacy between the areas. The beds had many pillows and felt very comfortable. The staff promptly fulfilled requests like ice and extra water. The entire hotel was super clean.
I found limited storage space with only one drawer available in the room.

The gym membership granted access to a club (a twenty-minute walk away) with good equipment and a pool. This arrangement provides a complete fitness solution to stay active during their visit.

wonderful experience
attentive staff great food
the staff was very attentive. they promptly responded when i needed assistance. my favorite part is the restaurant and bar located in the lobby. the food and drinks were great and convenient.
I found there was not enough storage in the room. There was only one drawer. very little information was provided about hotel facilities or the surrounding area. the bathroom lacked proper ventilation.

the suite size suited our needs. the sofa bed was good. the location allowed for short walks to the prudential center. staff offered helpful tips.
i noted a lack of a dedicated hotel bar. the small bar felt busy in the evenings. sitting at high tops near the japanese restaurant was not ideal. the housekeeping was not consistent in replenishing basics.

clean room attentive staff noisy air conditioning bathroom fan
the room was quite clean and serviced daily. the staff promptly responded if i needed help. the food and drinks at uni restaurant was very convenient.
the air conditioning is effective, but very noisy. it bangs when it switches on. there are no bathroom fans, so the bathroom steamed up quite a lot.

the location was convenient. it allowed for easy access to nearby attractions.
I found the room quite underwhelming. the promised city view was obstructed. the room itself felt dated and the furniture showed wear, particularly the desk. It had several noticeable scratches, i did not like this.
